Tried something different on this project.
I made all 4 at the same time. Know what?
It still took me nearly 4 times as long as doing just one.:rolleyes:
Too many steps and I'm sure my being overly particular doesn't help.
All of these are around 1/2" in diameter and 4-5 inches long.
They use the spring loaded kit with a mini refill.

Thanks all for the kind words.

Terry, they all balance about 1/2" to 3/4" above the threaded section well into the wood. That upper part has a 7mm tube in it so it is not much heavier than the metal part.
They are easier to hold when writing than any of the other cigar pens I make.

Woods are, to the best of my recollection,from left to right:
Walnut. This one had a hole in it near the top that I managed to fill.
Stained red maple. I gave this one away to a guy who saves labels for me.
White maple with some burl or twisted areas.
The one on the far right I am not sure of.
