This is a new variation on my space pen. I scrolled all the objects, most are corian, and some are acrylic. The stars randomly appear around the pen but do not go all the way through...another one of my tricks :p There is an actual piece of mineral inside the comet. I forget what it's called, but it is a green crystal that grows inside calcite that my wife and I mined up in Bancroft, Ont. The blank was me, the casting was by Dawn. I really need to add a photo tent to my list of things to make. The pen is a deep blue with tiny sparkles in it. It turned beautifully although the chisel had to be resharpened twice...probably from the stone in the comet. Felt really nice not having to apply a finish.

Jeff, I would have said this was just "totally awesome", but I saw SpongeBob Square pants first so this is just awesome.
