This first one is a euro that I had an artist paint for me.

This second one is a rhodium euro using celluloid from CSUSA.

The last one is an Americana rollerball with tobacco swirl celluloid.Oh yea it does have an oops band as I didn't want to waste the blank. The oops band is African blackwood.

Maybe I'm just not awake enough yet this morning to think this through, but how do you put an oops band in the middle of a blank? It does look great, I'm just a little confused. The other two are very nice as well!

Ken,
The painted pen is fabulous.. do you know what the artist used to paint the flowers.. I'm assuming it's acrylic... then did you do a CA finish over that.

My wife is an artist.. quite good too and I'm thinking about asking her to do some painting.... I think it could make the pens delicate looking and more attractive to the lady buyers.

Thanks for all the comments.
Angboy- The oops band is in the middle because it chipped off there when turning. So I turned the barrel off from there and added the wood and a cutoff that I had left from the blank.
Chuck- You are correct in that the artist used acrylic paint. Then I covered the artwork with 12 coats of medium CA.
