This year I got to play in the casting contests

I had several cool ideas for blanks and these are two that didn't make it into the contest.

First up I cast chunks of black resin in a solid cream base. Kinda looks like cookies and cream ice cream :eat:

Second I shaved a solid pearl white and a solid purple pearl blank and cast those shavings in a translucent black base. These are not turning shavings. Think more cheese grater shavings. I was really happy with the outcome of this one. But what I submitted for the contest I liked even more . On this one I used a Black Ti Jr. Gent II FP.

Thanks for looking!

Two very nice pen. I think I like the first one best but then the second one is also very nice. Great fit and finish on both.

Thanks everyone!

The shavings are really hard to get a good photo of. It really does take on another look when it's in hand and you can play with it in the light. Getting those shavings was the hardest part though!
