Thanks Gary - wood exchanged at bubbasville

This is a cambridge turned from a piece of spalted (almost rotten) live oak that I got from Gary at the north central Florida pen turner gettogether. I appreciate Gary's hospitality but most of all his wood. Tried taking pictures outside. Wrong time of day -

Really nice. I love the blank. What type of finish was used?

CA sanded to 400 and beal buffed with tripoli - white diamond - waxed with wax that came with the system. Don't know whqt it is but it helps reduce finger prints - sorta
