Here is a pen I posted with a group of antler pens a few days ago. Thought I would show it by itself. It is made from three Texas icons...at least we Texans recognize all three quite easily: Honey Mesquite, white tail deer antler, and rattlesnake skin. Comments welcome...not sure I like it, but the customer does. Next one I do will have different hardware. I sure wish Berea slimlines had the same clip style as PSI or CSUSA has. This plain boring clip...it't time for a change.

Ahead of the curve. Waaay ahead.
I've got a transplanted Texan hooked on that idea. He can't afford it just now because he's already bought a Texas pen and a UT Seal inlay pen box that Kallenshaan is finishing up for him this weekend. He wanted to go for it, but "CINCHouse put her foot down". He's defintely interested for Christmas though.

I have some NM mesquite and some Missouri Deer antler. I hope that will suffice.

I agree on the plating. I like the platinum or chrome with antler, but the customer wanted the gold on this one...Can't argue with a paying customer.
