Teal Jr Gent

This is the first of an order of four Jr Gents, a customer wants for some gifts for family members. It has been reverse painted white, wet sanded to 1500 then MM to 3600 and plastix polished. It is on a chrome Jr Gent from CSUSA.

I will check for you, I know they they take a 15/32 drill bit for the cap and a 25/64 for the body. I will get the specs on the bushings and send it to you via a PM.

Good looking pen. When you say reverse painted, do you mean you painted the inside of the blank before gluing?

Yes, I used a Q-tip and flat white enamel paint, and let it dry for about two hours before gluing.
