This blank was donated to me by John Underhill. The blue line is on one side only so I chose to place it on the outside where anyone looking at it while the officer is writing can see it (unless he is left handed). I was a little nervous drilling thru hoping the line would be straight. Painting the tube black was necessary. The other half will be turned later. Some may say it doesn't look like much however it's what it represents that has meaning. Thank you John.
