Michelle, I might also offer you an idea for police pens. After a request from some officers in Fort Worth, I made some Thin Blue Line pens on a bullet cartridge kit using segmented black and dark navy blue. I ended up selling almost 50 in a few weeks, and donated a large portion of the proceeds to their POA. The last one (please excuse the 8 year old pic) was a euro/designer kit with navy blue acrylic and a shield clip.
