Taxus root pen

I made this from a chunk of root I found laying on the side of the road at work one day. I think it was from a Taxus shrub (I only found the root, and it was about the right size for a shrub), or perhaps from a Cedar.

A Beautiful piece of FOG (found on ground) wood.
I would go back and try to find some more.

I would have also liked to see a photograph with the Cap fitted, as seperated it makes the Pen resemble me (too much around the middle) whereas with the Cap on it may be just right.
