This is my first effort with chevrons and I cheated and cut the chevrons out of a 2x2 laminated blank. Still pretty challenging trying to get everything properly spaced and aligned. I used the traveler because of the design on the center ring and clip

Whoo Hoo! Sweet, very nice. I am not familiar with that kit, but It does compliment the chevrons.

Sweet looking pen!

I made a few Tapa Traveler pens, my only minor issue with that kit is with the threads. They are black painted (looks like it to me) metal so after a few caping-uncapping the black pain gets stripped and the threads get a metallic look. Anyone else had that happen? My quick fix has been to use a black sharpie to cover up, but I wonder if there's a more durable fix.
