Made this one for another pen maker - and I gotta tell you - that's way more stressful than I thought it would be. He said it all looks good from pics though, so hopefully when it's in hand he'll like it as much! :)
And why no nib? He asked that I leave the section alone and with an 8mm hole through it so he can put a Delta #8 nib in there! :D

How would one go about polishing the inside anyway? Really small rags with Plastixs or something.....

Get a kabob stick, cut a slit on the end, shove a piece of whatever paper in it, wrap it around the stick, and shove it in the hole with water while the lathe is on. Like a little sandpaper flag.
