Surf gel pen

Here is the pen I finally got around to turning. It came out very well. It turns well but must be done with more caution than standard acrylics. But at least I finally finished it.

Surf Gel ... would that be like, the color and topcoat used for surf boards?

These pics are all the same pen from different sides. I am going to attempt more though. I like it.

Yes, surf gel refers to the resin the surfboard makers pour over boards.
