It's kryptonite! Well, that's the name of the acrylic blanks used.

The nib and section as well as the cap couplers were taken from an El Grande kit. I wasn't planning on using the couplers but I had to change my methods part way in... We will just call it learning. The cap coupler was shaved down to remove the widest part, then shortened before gluing in.

These again are iPhone pics, just in the shop this time

well Brett you sure gave it a whorl making you photographs they exceed most of those presented on the forum for clarity showing your work in detail.

Recently I went free flying from our roof accidentally I too was linked to Superman for a while my flight took me a novel way to hospital no broken bones but at 80 this yr not recommended at all. Luckiest bloke on the block.

I like the blank called Kryptonite it is fascinating. Also I would stand on the top of a Periscope to tell the whole world I could use an I Phone camera so clearly.

Thank you for showing its 40 degrees celcius 104 in the old F again today over here quite made my day.

Kind regards Peter.

Boy that is a Stand Out Pen Brett,
You wouldn't need X-Ray Vision to see that one in a crowd.
Nice lines, Great Fit and Finish.
If I ignore the Colour, and the fact that there is no Coning Tower, or Stabilizers, it's shape reminds me of a 39-45 vintage Submarine.
I know that was not intented by you, or was it?
Excellent Work.
Brian.

That's gorgeous! All together now:

In brightest day, in blackest night,
No evil shall escape my sight.
Let those who worship evil's might,
Beware my power, Green Lantern's light!!!

Super nice. I did one with that Kryptonite blank not long ago. The client loved it, and I'm going to add more to my supply box. I also love the way you did that pen, I'm going to bookmark this page, so that when I start doing 'off-kit' stuff, I've got a GREAT example of what to do.

Thanks for Sharing
