My favorite from the weekend-Jr Gent

The is a Junior Gentlemen Fountain in figured Ambrosia, grain matched when open, with black titanium hardware. It's a BLO / CA finish; the first time I've tried the two together. I'm pretty happy with this one, even with the faults. (Can you see them?)

They all look great. Hard to choose only one. The woods are gorgeous with flawless finish. Excellent job!

Really like the shape on the cigar. That's the shape I always shoot for myself.

I see some slight overturning on the gent. You can always build up your finish to compensate for that, but its one of those things that people will notice when you put it in their hands because of the hard edges on the hardware. Some kits have round edged hardware (Vertex Fountain) and are much more forgiving in that area.

Thanks for the kind words folks. Mike, you nailed it on the over-turning issue. I tried to build up the CA but didn't go far enough. Should have pulled out the calipers...
