Stainless Steel Group

Your thoughts. I did this set as gifts for an executive at a local company that builds stainless steel products for Johnson & Johnson. Made from Bar stock stainless steel with Rodium Slimline Kits. For my equipment these where a chore to complete.

Thanks guys. I did one pen just to try it and that one went to a friend who showed it to the executive. He had to have 10 of them. The chore was I have an old 1901 Acme Sears Lathe Mill. The tool carrier broke and I took it to a fabricator to weld it back together because to find a replacement part was not going to happen. On the center shape, I just tryed to round out and smooth the edges. I tryed to stay close on each one but they all have there differances.

I love them. I wish I could do stainless, I have done brass but i am guessing I cannot just use the wood turning tools I have for turning stainless.

Maybe a "chore" but gosh what good looking pens. How many times did you need to sharpen the chisels.?
