One of the carvers in our local woodworking club ordered these at the last meeting and I realized that out next meeting is Thursday so I had to get busy today.

I really like the bottom one, what is that blank, Looks like white, copper and teal.
Do you have a shot of the other side of it?

Max, I'm not sure where the blank came from it was either from an IAP member or Bear Tooth Woods.

Say, I noticed one of the bolt levers was a little crooked. I had a pen returned and the bolt was loose. I tried to tighten it and it stripped the fine threads and I wound up touching it with glue to fasten it. Have you had any issues like this?

I have found a few loose. One returned to me. Had to repair it.
The instructions say to check the screw prior to assembly.
Great job on the pens. Very sharp.

If the bolt is crooked, you can take the nib off and use a small screwdriver to loosen and retighten the set screw after adjusting the bolt. Best to check the screw before assembly. Nice job on the pens!
