'Evening all:
I was digging through my box of pen parts and found the following...(1)a spider web filigree I obtained from the parts box at the FT. Worth WC, (2) a slimline clip, (3)Euro CB, (4) Euro nib (I think), slimline transmission and refill. Well, take a look below
to see how it all came together. The wood is big leaf maple and ebonite under the filigree. Not sure I like the finial but for now it is staying. Enjoy and comments welcome.

Thanks all. Actually, Lou, the top is turned from a piece of the maple and I turned a dowel with the button on the top. The dowel is just large enough to fit into the 7mm tube. It holds the clip and the filigree and is glued in with epoxy. I first used a spare gold euro finial but did not like the looks so I came up with the wooden finial. Fun to do. Now go and check your parts box. Never know what is lurking in there.
