This wood I just recieved and dried a piece in the microwave to turn. Turns like butter. Again in Ti Gold with CA finish.

How long did you nuke the wood? What setting?

Oscar When I nuke pen blanks I first drill them out then nuke on high for 20 sec. Then let cool and do it 4 times. No cracking yet. You may have to run your drillbit through to check your hole.
