A little joint project between the Mrs and I. This was a spalted maple board we found and cut up into seventeen 13/16" x 13/16" x 6" blanks. Wanting to see if the spalting was all the way through Linda just had to turn one. The kit is a black Ti cigar which I think goes pretty good with the blank. Anyway Linda did the turning and the finish is my CA. I think it turned out well enough to keep the blanks. Photo is crappy as I did it on my desk and not in the light box at work. Would appreciate any constructive crit.

Those are indeed very well done. I really enjoy working with spalted Maple woods. Just be sure to avoid the dust as it can cause you many respiratory problems if you breath them. This is very true of all spalted wood dust. [:)]
