Black Ti Baron.

I had some trouble sleeping last night so I made this. I changed the ink to a Cross cartridge, which I like better than the kit ink. The clip does line up with the nib when posted too.

Very nice looking timber. I like the pairing of it with black ti. I match the grain/ patterns of the cap to the body, but never thought of lining up the clip to the nib.

Thank you. I really like the way gun metal and black ti pair with spalted wood.

Both the grain and clip line up, depending on which of the three possible ways to put the cap on.
I watched and read some fountain pen reviews and noticed a theme with enthusiasts where this apparently matters. Personally, I never would have thought it does because I just don't think that way.
