I seem to make a lot of slims. No place to sell the better pens around here. (small farming community pop. 900) I wind up giving a lot away to the youth at church and sending them to our military through Jim Shaver, (pens for Canadian Peacekeepers) I soaked this one in wipe on poly for a week and then let it dry for about 4 weeks. Not as good as I'd hoped for but better than the plain wood. The slims are relatively cheap and I can afford to play with them.
