Here is some pink ivory I did as a Birthday gift for my wife's great aunt.. she turns 80 this weekend... so we decided to do something a little special for her... or at least my wife decided and I was told to do something special.. LOL
The pen is a Berea Streamline, real nice kits to make and look even better than the pic.. the other is a PSA Perfume Applicator.. also real nice to make and you can really use your imagination in shaping them... and I would have if I had had the time...
Pink ivory can be a pain.. you have to drill it real slow and be real careful sanding it.. excessive heat will cause it to crack, quickly
I got the pink ivory from Woodturningz... and believe it or not.. these are B grade blanks.. outstanding wood...

Nice pen! I just ordered some of their Grade A blanks today. I can only image what they will look like if these are grade B!
