It's a bullet pen from PSI ... the mechanism is a little finicky on assembly... you have to get it manually centered to get it to seat on the clicker right... but once you fiddle with it it seems to work smoothly and feels fairly solid.

Never mind. I found it! It's called the mini chrome click pen. No "bullet" in the title.

OOps... sorry about that. The catalog has their new civil war bullet pen on the cover and for some reason (gonna go with old age) it stuck in my mind.
