I tried something a bit different using cutoffs.

I recently joined IAP and find it very informative and helpful to a novice pen turner.

I have a bunch of cutoffs and my wife said last night that I should use them to segment new blanks.

Those are nice.

I also made a few key rings with shorter glue ups. I posted in the 'other things we do ' forum.

I was thinking of turning some cabochons from them as well. Waste not want not.

Man, that is like dropping a pearl of wisdom into my cesspool of ignorance. Great idea. Colorful pens like these attract buyers like bears do to honey.

Those are some very interesting pens. I've got alot of pieces around the shop. I need to throw some of them together. Thanks for sharing.
