Have had a lot of time to turn lately but when I have I did remember to take photos of my handywork.

Nice looking group of pens. Looks like you've been busy!

Nice work. Most woods and acrylics will polish up nice and shiny to bring out the grain. You might want to look into some micro pads and a CA glue finish to notch things up to shines. If I don't want a high gloss finish I still sand through the grits and then the micro pads and use a little tongue oil.

It is an Amboyna Burl.

I don't do the CA finish as I find if I work with the CA glue too much it tends to aggravate my asthma.
