Like the maple. I'm not diggin the fit on the second pen. What type of finish is on the maple? It looks a little bumpy.

2nd fits better was kinda in a hurry to take pic and didnt notice till after. Both are CA/BLO both are baby smooth. Not sure why it looks bumpy in the pic. Think it did that from going from 2816x2112 to down below 640x480 resolution

Maybe. A little more light wouldent hurt either. You using the Macro setting on your camera?

Some better pics would be good. These ones make it look like you've got sanding lines on the top half of the maple one between the centerband and the inlay.
