Just a couple with homebrewed acrylics on Smitty37's blk Ti Slimline component sets.

(Did I get it right, Smitty?)

General purpose resin from Lowes with some Pearl-ex for color.

Wife person has already claimed the gold one. (Like she doesn't have enough of my creations already!)

Comments appreciated, as always.

The can says 3M Fiberglass Resin. Same stuff you can get in kits to repair boats, etc. I got it in a quart can but Lowes also had gallons.

It works okay with gold and copper type colors because it's brown. I tried green and blue Alumilite dyes but they all turned almost black.

I did use some silver Pearlex and got a gray-green color that looked pretty good with a satin pen kit. This pic isn't the best but you can get an idea of the color.

Best part is that it's cheaper than PR or Alumilite so you can get a lot of practice for the same money.:)
