Had some time off last week, so I made up a batch of artist pencils

From Top to Bottom
1. A Vintage Brooks Turquoise and Purple, that for some reason wants to photograph as blue. (I think that Artist Pencils are my new favorite medium for Brooks Blanks)
2. Wild Horse Jasper Tru-Stone
3. Yellow and White Acrylic
4. Buckeye Burl
5. Galaxy Diamond Inlace Acrylester

Those are really beautiful!

My favorite is #3.That just looks so cool, love the grain-like lines in it.

Does this kit require you to glue on the upper half (the sharpener end)? The tool box sketch pencil needed that and I was unhappy with the way it turned out.

No, in this kit there's a threaded piece that you press into the sharp end, and the entire long mechanism screws into that. The only gluing required is the tube into the blank.
