Hi,

I guess I'm in the swing again. Made 10 pens last night, this was one of the fun ones.

I have a few VI Jr. Gents left, I like them for solid end pens, this one is with a Tru Stone Turquoise blank.

Ahead of the curve. Waaay ahead.
Very, very cool. I wonder what they use for the black stuff in the Tru-stone. They need to use more of it. My brother is working on a way to turn actual turquoise.

I'm going to get into that closed end turning as soon as they have a mandrel for the barrel and the cap of the Junior Gent V2.

Super looking, I'm going to have to try closed ends as I bought both from Fanger and have the kits just not the courage

What pen is NOT fun to make???? Aren't they all? [:D][:D]

You bet, You have that right!!! Some are more fun than others, but this one was newer for me!

Thanks to every one for your kind comments and thoughts.

The finish is the same wet sanding process I use for plastics, MM wet to 12,000 then Novus Plastic scratch remover...simple and I like Simple!
