Well here it is my first snake skin blank from bruce119 also my first attempt at using a light box how did i do?

First, good job on the skin. As far as the light box is concerned, the results are obvious. One thing I'd do is move the lights a little further back to remove some shadows and light reflection.

Your pen is awesome the photo does not show the snakeskin's beauty/pen. I dont know much about light boxes, I am of No use there, when I can not get the background color white I use photoshop. I know alot of members are against using it, but It works for me.

I like your second photo better but you do need a little more work on the photo. :redface:

There is still a lot of beauty in that skin that is lost in your photo. :rolleyes:

You need to work on sharpening up your focus somehow. :wink:
