Ok, you cant smell them but you can imagine the aroma of cedar. Picked up 20 aromatic cedar blanks the other day then went for something different. I purposely left these without any finish other than sanding with MM to 12k to allow the cedar aroma to be there. Comfort grip to minimize finger dirt on the wood. These will make your pocket smell good for a while...

First time turning these and they are nice to work with and no issues drilling or gluing.

Very nice!

Cedar is great to turn. It's so velvety smooth and smells oh so good.

I've got several a couple of trees worth of cedar that I cut down from storm damage and make pens with occasionally.

I read the topic caption and got concerned - so glad that it was your cedar pens. I was afraid someone was reviving Curtis' cat-poop pen. :bulgy-eyes:

Nice work!
