Great looking pen Alice. Another one of a kind.
Do you ussually cast one color at a time or make
several of the same batch?

Also, if your camera has a smaller imgae setting
like 640x480 it makes the photo and the thread easier
to follow without having to use the scroll.

Anthony, thanks for the photo advise! I was trying to figure out how to make them smaller. I will try it on the next one.
I only started casting a few days ago so I never know exactly what I am going to get. So far I only have been doing one at a time.
This one on the outside looked totaly silver, as if a lot of the silver was drawn to the sides of the tube. It tured out very different than it seemed. Each one is a suprise! I need to start taking notes on how to get certain colors.

Nice pen and picture Alice. The reflections help to show off your finish. I got my casting supplies in today. I'm too busy with rings to be able to play though. I look forward to trying it. Soon...

I know Alice, you never know what's on the inside by lookin at the outside.
It's like a prize everytime.
Every time I say I'm going to write down the reciepe,
it doesn't work, like a good chef, I start to throw in this,
and a pinch of that, and a little of this and..........

Randy,
Thank you! That was very nice of you to do that . Yes, if the moderator would take the first picture off that would be great. My husband explained to me where in my program the picture can be resized. So next time I will be sure and do that! I am some what computer challenged. The computer, like a car, to me, should just work!
