On my last one of these Tim (wiset1) quite rightly said that the Roman Harvest is a bot blingly. I wanted to get rid of both bands, but the centre band is about 0.5mm thick, so just got rid of the post end band.
Buckeye burl. Bit disapointed with the stabilization. I could see right through the blank after turning it round. Mixed up some mica and CA and filled as much as possible. Missed a couple but came out quite well I think.
