I made this over the weekend. Alumilite is just awesome. I can pop in some mini-pine cones, pour my AL, mix, split and color it, pour it into the mold, slide it in my pressure pot, wait a bit, take it out, de-mold the blank, cut it to size, drill it, glue the tube in, let it dry, throw it on the lathe and turn it and finally, apply the finish to it, all in about 2.5 hours. Ya gotta love it, especially when they come out this beautiful!

Very nice pen Mark. That blank is very interesting, I like the bit of brown that really sets it off.
