Beautiful work!
How did you punch out the top of the clip? I'd like to do that on my next pen but am not sure how to go about it.

Hi Frank and thank you, this is how it's done:

* Design and build "cushin jig" from soft material like Teflon
* With proper diameter of pin or drill push gently the "hat" of the cap top.
* It is easily done on Metal lathe.
* Attached pic.

Good luck, any problem just post me

Glorious Pen, Nachman.
Fantastic Blank, Ideally suited to the Hardware.
Enhanced by the Cabochon Finial from the Blank Material.
Thank you for your explanation as to How you Support the Clip Section and Press the Finial Out.
Fantastic Finish, as Expected,
This would make a Beautiful Wedding Pen.
Congratulations again, my Friend.
Brian.
