Silver crushed velvet long click

This is a long click from Aaron with a silver (I know it looks black to me too but it's called silver) crushed velvet blank I got from PR Princess . I love these crushed velvet blanks .

Looks great from here. Did you have any trouble with the fit at the nib end? It looks perfect in the picture but so far I've had difficulty getting a perfect fit on my attempts.

As a mater of fact , yes I did . I turn between centers and when I saw the OOR condition I checked the bushings for runout , the bushing on one end is off by .003" . When I order these again I'm going to order a new set of bushings and see if I can make one good set out of two .
