Made a first try at segmenting.
Pen body is red mahogany
Used aluminum flashing.
I used a smaller drill in beginning, predrilling the blank, then used the required drill. Had no problems, making sure drill bit was kept cool.
Finished with ca and polished on my buffer wheel
