Seeing everyone else just having fun....well, I'm not much for just watching others have all the fun! Considering the weather, I had to have fun inside today, the area around the sawmil is just too saturated with water/mud....maybe tomorrow?

Had this one already drilled and tube was glued the other day, so all I had to do is put it on the lathe!

Gold-n-Silver on a Sierra Chrome/Gold Trivalent:

Close-up of just the turned part:

Skewed, wet sanded w/400grit and then used the first five pretty colored pads-MM/wet-
Dried everything up and then used MacGuire's PlastixPolish to get the finish.

Rich looking blank - very nice! Pen and blank look like they were intended for each other from the very beginning.
