Short Sedona Mod (Thanks Lou!!)

A pen for my daughter. Thanks Lou for the inspiration.

This pen will eventually be a caligraphy pen when I get a new nib and holder. It turns out a Zebra refill fits nicely with the shortened lower barrel.
With the cap posted this pen really fits nice in small hands.

I really like it, the acrylic looks great, and the modification of the pen is outstanding. Want to share how you did it? []

It's just a Sedona kit with a Baron centerband with the lower barrel cut to approx. 1 1/4 inch. It's going to be a caligraphy pen that will only use cartridges but I discovered that the Zebra refill works fine.

I guess it's just a brand name but the actual refill is about the size of a parker refill only a little shorter. I've got a guy I work with who says that is all he'll ever use.

Home brew PR. I did put a coat of CA on the pen to fill some small pin holes (air bubbles)
