Most of Jerry Garcia's guitars were made out of cocobollo and maple,
so this one was inspired by that and by the beautifull pen on the home page...

cocobolo and birds eye maple, blackwood, blood wood and aluminum accents
cigar kit from Ernie, ca/blo finish

You make the most consistent beautiful finishes. Your beautifully crafted pens would stand on their own but the finish makes them really stand out.

Thanks folks..It started out a little different, The top barrel was to be the exact opposit of the bottom, two pieces of maple with cocobolo in between 2 blood wood one black wood..but the drill bit wondered so I just used a cut off from the bottom barrel and added a piece of cocobollo in the middle..Im happy with how it turned out though
