I been on here for sometime but never thought my work was up to the caliber that some produce around here. So these are the first ones I'm putting out here. The first is my first attempt at segmenting. It's Blue mahoe and holly. The other is Black and white ebony both on Majestic squires.

Don't sell yourself short! Good finish on those. I made a second comment on your other post and then removed it, but I will make that comment here:

It is easy to make segments in circular slices for 3 or 4 slices, but as many as you have, alignment issues come into play. 1/8 of a degree off may not show up on two or three segments but unless one's saw is precisely set up, multiple repetitive segments tend to show minute' gaps. Your's are perfect!

I can tell you have engineering blood in you! :biggrin:
