I made this one for my wife. She had the last pen I made for her stolen! It was one of the Canadian flag pens from Kallensaan on a Jr. Statesman. I love how the transmission is in the rear of this pen. I had an issue with the Sierras coming unscrewed when retracting the ballpoint. Is it just me or do these pens seem feminine? Anyway, it is a aweful picture, I need to work on the photography aspect of this hobby, but it just came off the lathe!

Thanks for the compliments.

I have been trying to do segments that do not take too long but still add variety so I timed myself and it took 1.5 hours from start to finish including the design time. Not too bad. I think better turning skills could speed up that part of the process but the gluing of all the segments takes time.

Also, I ment to mention that I painted the inside of the blank with white nail polish. That makes for a better looking pink then having the brass show through.
