Segmented with Alabaster

Thought I would share some of my pens and blanks. I made this pen with redheart, african blackwood and alabaster stone. Jr Gent kit.

Beautiful Pen!

I'm actually going to glue up a few blanks myself for the first time.
I've been saving all my cutoffs for just that.

Thanks guys. If you look close I had a bit of a mess up on assemble and down near the nib can see where I marred the redheart disassembling it. The alabaster was from my best friends Dad who came out to his wedding from Colorado. He was a turner too (health reasons doesn't turn any longer) and thought I might like to try my hand with some alabaster.
