Second Pen - Waisted Mahogany Slimline

Here's pen number 2, folks. As I alluded to in my introduction message, my aim was to turn up a bit of the frame of my folks' old mahogany back door into a pen. Here it is.



Very similar lines to my first pen, but this one has a slightly fatter writing end. It's also my first real go at taking my time with a CA glue finish. I restarted the finish on this pen about 4 times. Am very happy with the end result.

They don't mind at all. My Dad cut the doorframe into 25x25mm strips for me on the bandsaw. If YOU need any blanks PM me! (Heh heh!!) Besides, I gave the pen to my mum for mother's day!

Seriously, though, if you wanna do an exchange, NP. Only thing is I'm in the UK. Postage is a killer. I'd love to lay hands on some tulip wood.
