The kit is a black titanium Click Sierra.

I turned the copper wire just shy of the bushings, cast it in Alumilite, then turned and sanded to final size.

All comments welcome.

I tried doing a wire and solder pen awhile back but The wire kept uwraping from the ends as i was turning i guess i'll have to give it a try again youve given me some insperation[:p] very nice job on yours i like it a lot!!!!!!:D

Thanks to you all. I put some details of how I did this one and the previous one of the black and copper post. I'm not suggesting my way is the only way, but it prevents the unwrapping problem completely without needing 3 hands.

Shane: I want to do a closed end roller ball next, and I may go with the solder idea. I like the look.
