Second acrylic is a bit "smokey"

I received this blank in the mail and had to start turning! I painted the tubes cherry red with automotive paint, strategically placed the CA when I glued in the tubes and hit exactly the smoldering appearance I was going for. This one is perhaps the closest I have come to matching the "pen in my mind" from the start. I did swap out the accent band from gold to silver.
