Thanks to Jon David Jones and Mike Johnson (Woodkiller)for teaching me how to cast. The first two pix is a pen made from left-over casting resin we poured into a tray. The third pix is a blank from Mike.

It looks like you nailed it Jim. I thought that last blank looked familiar :) and you did a great job with it. I have a piece of the blank your first one is made from and I goofed it up and ended up with a pendant. Glad I could be of some help and it won't be long you will be posting some amazing pens, I'm sure.

Sweet blanks, I keep one of those 'ice tube' molds handy to dump extra resin in. One of these days I'll have enough to make pens!
