I'm still having fun working thru this box of guitar making scraps, and came up with this trio. It's fun gluing up the different boards to come up with different designs,& looks.Best of all is the wood was a gift,so it's economical to play around & experiment some.

Thanks to Jonathon Brooks for stabilizing the cool piece of Spalted Maple for me,so it did not blow up on me like in the past.

Walnut & Curly Maple on the other two.

I saw that Exotic Blanks sells the PSI Stratus click pen,so I gave that one a try.I like it so far.Nice clean lines, and pretty skinny.

Thanks for lookin!

Steve

Love the spalted one but the last one really stands out. It is very difficult to glue that up and then make sure you get your hole drilled exactly in the middle. You did a great job keeping that hold where it needs to be. Nice pens...

Interesting Pens Stev! good job making use of leftovers.

I Finished this one tonight, using up some more of the leftovers. There is some ebony flats pieces in the box, along with some flat thin boards of an unknown by me burled wood.I glued the ebony between them, and made this one up.

It'd fun using this stuff up!

Thanks guys,for the comments.
