Looks like a nice combination. Your photo is about 1 stop over-exposed. If the background gets too dark, who cares, the point is the pen anyway. The upper barrel looks like it's over-turned at the centerband.

I'm still working out how to get all the custom functions set. You are correct about the barrel at the centerband. That was due to me trimming the corners a tiny bit too much, but it was just too nice a blank to throw away.

I just started practicing on that type of blank. I making a Sedona out of it. Eventually I am making a "Stretch" pen from Lau Lau Wood works to hopefully by my daughter's wedding pen.

That stuff stinks up the whole house as I turn it!

I love you pen, hope mine turns out 3/4's as nice!
